At Grace Hill, we understand that aging is a natural part of life — one that comes with its own challenges. Since 2006, we've been here to support seniors and their families through every step of that journey.
We're not a large, impersonal facility. We're a home. That difference is everything: it means our residents are surrounded by familiar faces, unhurried attention, and genuine relationships. Our owner is personally involved in the care and the community, and it shows in the way families describe us — clean, caring, and warm.

Our services are designed to care for the whole person. That includes 24-hour assistance, Alzheimer's and dementia care, help with the activities of daily living, medication management, and personalized home-cooked meals tailored to each resident's dietary needs.
We also arrange memory care, mobile care providers, and on-site visits from a podiatrist and beautician — so residents can get the care they need in the comfort of home.
